Multifrequency Circular Screeners

Main applications: safety screening and sizing classification of ‘difficult-to-screen’ powder materials, typically in the range between 20 and 500 micron. Among products: metal powders such as tungsten, tungsten carbide, tungsten oxide, ferrous and non-ferrous powders, fused and precipitated silica powder, limestone, graphite, pharmaceutical and chemical powders, coating pigments, food powders, etc.		Principles: Novel technique is based on multifrequency vibratory-impact modes. Due to high level of normal acceleration applied to the sieve surface new method provides uninterrupted self-cleaning of sieves, fluidization and stirring of powder, de-agglomeration of powder clusters. It results in higher screening capacity, better separation and more undersize yield, as compared to traditional and ultrasonic screeners.

Pure mechanical device. Cover and undersize bin are removable. All inner space and parts are easily reached for cleaning. The actuating ring is easily removed.   Easy, simple and inexpensive to change worn fine meshes – just cut necessary piece of mesh from a roll and superpose it over the sieve assembly.

We also produce adapter inserts ULS 1200 (48"),wiich allow to convert operation of conventional circular separators into multifrequency vibration mode. Similar made-to-order multifrequency inserts are manufactured to retrofit existing models of conventional circular vibroseparators of different makers.
