Description of
Multifrequency
Sieve Analyzer
The main
working
element of
the unit is
a vibratory
system
generating
multifrequency
oscillations
of a sieve
kit with
controlled
vertical
peak-to-peak
displacement.
The
oscillatory
circuit of
the
apparatus
includes two
electrical
vibration
exciters and
a
proprietary
mechanical
vibration
converter (KROOSHERTM)
transforming
high-frequency
linear
oscillations
of an
elastic
support of
the exciters
into
multifrequency
nonlinear
vibration of
the sieving
surface.
Each sieve
experiences
also
torsional
oscillations
in the
horizontal
plane.
When
generating
multifrequency
nonlinear
vibration,
the surface
of each
sieve
oscillates
with
frequencies
of a wide
range (from
20 to 1000
Hz) and peak
sieve
accelerations
as high as
150 g, which
provides
effective
sieving of
polydispersed
materials
and
effective
cleaning of
sieves.
For sieving
suspensions,
the unit is
provided
with a
washing
module
located in
the upper
part of the
apparatus.
The spraying
device
distributes
the stream
of water
along the
whole
sieving area
and washes
the material
on each
sieve. The
flow rate of
water for
spraying is
established
depending on
material and
charge
properties.
The sieves
are
removable.
Worn sieves
could be
replaced
without
replacement
of the steel
frame.
The washing
module (or
cover) with
the kit of
sieves is
tightly
pressed to
the
vibratory
platform by
a spring-
loaded
clamping
device.
The sieve
analyzer is
equipped
with a
remote
programming
control
panel, which
allows to
set the
required
values of
vibration
exciter
frequency,
sieve kit
amplitude
and sieving
duration.
The grinding
block
includes a
four-cell
vibratory
mill and is
adjusted on
the same
vibratory
platform.

sieve
analyzer and

vibratory
mill are
