We produce multifrequency equipment for safety screening and sizing classification of 'difficult-to-screen' particulate materials, such as fine  powders (ferrous, non-ferrous, hard and light metals, silica, pharmaceutical, food and chemical powders, coating pigments), wet products (minerals and building materials), etc.

Due to high level of normal acceleration applied to the sieve surface our machines  provide continuous self-cleaning of sieve surface, fluidization and de-agglomeration of material. It results in higher screening capacity, better separation and more undersize yield, as compared to conventional screeners.

Our machines are designed as reliable, entirely mechanical devices with no electronics, or pneumatic parts.

Our customers have an option of choosing stainless steel body or mild steel body with special coating or special finishing. Upon special order, tailor-made machines may be designed and produced to meet our customers' specific requirements.

Technique is based on multifrequency vibratory-impact modes. Due to high level of normal acceleration applied to the sieve surface new method provides uninterrupted self-cleaning of sieves, fluidization and stirring of the powder, de-agglomeration of powder clusters. It results in higher screening capacity, better separation and more undersize yield, as compared to traditional and ultrasonic screeners.
