Several examples of
difficult screening
applications in
mineral and building
materials sectors:
Quartz Sand
is
difficult-to-screen
material whenever a
requirement of
sieving at sieve
aperture of less
than 1 mm is needed.
We succeeded to screen
this product on 500µ
aperture with our
multifrequency
screeners. In this
application we
reached feed
capacity of 2.4 TPH
per sq. m of screening
area.
Humid Dolomite
can not be
conventionally
screened with
aperture, which is
smaller than 5-6 mm.
With our
multifrequency
screening system we
achieved efficient
separation of humid
dolomite with
7% moisture at 2 mm
mesh with
product capacity
10 TPH per sq. m.
Gravel-sand
mixture with 6%
moisture is
impossible to
screen at mesh
aperture smaller
than 6 mm. We screened
it, using our
multifrequency
equipment, at 0.6 mm
aperture with
capacity of 4 TPH
per sq. m.
For mineral
processing plants at
'crusher – mill'
closed circuits, we
propose our novel
screening machines
with 5-15 mm
aperture
abrasive-proof
grates, which allow to separate coarse
material with
moisture up to 20%, thus
saving energy and
preventing blockage
of equipment.
