We are industry leaders in fine and difficult screening applications. Our multifrequency screeners provide separation solutions that conventional machines are not able to offer.

We continuously develop new equipment  based on studying the current needs of our customers. It is based on enhanced nonlinear dynamics, adequate simulation and experimental research.

Basic areas which we currently develop:

Double-deck  multifrequency circular screeners SXE for classification of  "difficult" and "impossible" fine powder materials onto 3 fractions. Sieve diameters are 600mm and 1200mm.
Selective reduction of material, combined with separation of fines in a single vibratory device Multifrequency Crushing Screener. It  makes  possible  to prevent over-grinding of bulk material and decrease consumed  energy.
Fine filtration of abrasive and chemically aggressive slurries in micron sized filtering devices 'Multifrequency Slurry Processors' with vertically oriented filtering media. It makes possible to involve into commercially reasonable production a huge quantities of current wastes and tiles at chemical and coal preparation plants.
Vibratory separation of slurries in flows with specially organized  hydrodynamics in Density Vibratory Separator. It makes possible to realize accurate sizing cut of particulate solids in industrial applications with minimum maintenance, due to absence of filtering media.
Vibratory de-compaction of pressed materials inside bags, which were compacted during storage. We developed and successfully tested Multifrequency Delumper leaving the bags absolutely intact after efficient de-compaction of contained material.

At the same time, studying operation of our serial screeners at customer sites, we improve their design and simplify maintenance. Main development directions: desiging of new high productive screen assemblies and improvement of existing screen surfaces, optimization of  serial sieve combination and improvement of maintenance techniques.
